How do you as a user know if your content is really secure and remains confidential? By encrypting it yourself and ensuring that no one but you has access to the open files. That's exactly what the Moliarty Sharing Cloud takes care of.

As soon as you drag a PDF onto the action area, it is automatically encrypted (AES/256 bit) and then uploaded to the Sharing Cloud. The encryption and decryption takes place only locally in the browser and not in the cloud itself.

To invite others to your presentation session and share their secure document, simply send a link. This is also the decryption key. The participants of your session do not need any additional software or applications. Joining a session does not require registration. Just open the link and join.

With Moliarty you can play and transfer video content smoothly. Without annoying judder and other transmission problems. You present as fluently as if you were on site. A business-to-business application to present content securely and fluidly.
The problem that most users have with popular digital communication tools is that the presentation mode is basically a stream of one's screen. In most cases, this stream is time-delayed - especially if you want to present video content, for example. Either the upstream is the problem or the downstream. Moliarty was developed to solve exactly this problem. Therefore, the content is uploaded to the sharing cloud. Via the link, which is also the decryption key, users already download the presentation. This allows the presenter to lead the audience through the presentation without any problems and videos are also played smoothly.
All content shared by our users is encrypted locally with AES-GCM 256 bit. Only then is this encrypted data transferred to the secure Moliarty Sharing Cloud. From there, they can also only be accessed in encrypted form. Only then is the data stored locally on the decrypted again on the user's end device. The entire encryption process takes place at the user's end and not on the server. Content that is only encrypted on the servers of the respective providers is certainly secure. However, it is not particularly transparent for users. Our claim is not to promise more security than others, but to create the highest possible transparency. This is given when the entire encryption process takes place at our users.
Security is of course not a "must". But Moliarty is available to all those, who have a need for security and transparency. Confidentiality is more difficult to guarantee in the digital than in interpersonal relationships, especially if you use services that use data collection as a business model. operate the collection of data as a business model, are not completely transparent in their services, are not bound by German laws. No. Moliarty is a pure presentation application and not a replacement for your communication applications. All services that use it are excellent communication tools, as they were developed for this very purpose. Moliarty claims to be an excellent presentation tool. For the communication with the participants of your Session you continue to use your existing applications.
Of course, Moliarty is not a purely humanistic gift to humanity. In the future there will also be paid SAAS (software as a service) models that we will offer to our users. These will offer more features and possibilities to customize the application to individual needs. However, we mainly earn our money by implementing the Moliarty Enterprise Solution directly into the digital infrastructure of companies. infrastructure of companies. The Moliarty Sharing Cloud is designed to give any organization sovereignty and security over their own content and data.

But there will always be a free version of Moliarty, as we want to make this application available to all users. And we will never collect the data of our customers / users to monetize them.
On the one hand, because PDF is a standard format that is supported by all browsers, and on the other hand, because Moliarty is permanently under further development. Currently, we are testing an extension to PowerPoint and will gradually integrate further formats. These will be available to our users in the SAAS (Software as a service) and Enterprise versions. In the future we will also enable sharing of Excel, Word and 3D data.
Currently the file size is limited to 250 MB. This limitation applies only to the free-to-use version of Moliarty. We want to make the application available to as many users as possible and therefore need to manage the space and traffic of our sharing cloud fairly and optimally for all users. and optimally for all.
Moliarty can be used with all current browsers. In addition, with browsers from 2019.
The Moliarty algorithm encrypts your data with AES-GCM-256-bit. The AES standard is currently considered very secure. Researchers have calculated that the hypothetical supercomputer CAESAR could crack such a key. However, this computer would cost a total of about a trillion U.S. dollars (the chips alone cost 80 billion) and require four terawatts of electricity - more than the entire U.S. consumes in a year. The encryption standard used by Moliarty is the same as that used to encrypt hard disks and iPhones.
The host-link is the link for the person who leads through the presentation. He has administrator rights, can add media content and controls the flow of the presentation. Guest-links are for the participants. They can view the presentation passively and not edit it. The links are also the decryption keys and should be well secured before you leave the application. Your content can only be accessed via these two links.
In the free-to-use version of Moliarty, the number of participants is limited to 10 users per session. This is primarily for security reasons. In this way, we restrict the unhindered spread of possible illegal content and thus ensure that Moliarty is not misused.
